The leadership map nobody gave you.
“We go with faith, with fear, but without stopping.”
Born in Sullana, Peru. Built by 30 years of leading without a map.
Antonio was the seventh of seven siblings, raised where resources were limited but character wasn't negotiable. He spent 30 years inside multinational companies — 20 of them in senior executive roles — leading multicultural teams through real crises and real decisions, long before anyone called it a “framework.”
In his forties, he emigrated to Canada — rebuilding a career, a family, and an identity from zero in a new language and culture. Running became part of that rebuilding: 14 marathons, each one a lesson that leadership, like distance running, is about knowing when to push, when to conserve, and how to finish with integrity.
The Life You're Building is what came out of all of it — the book he wishes someone had handed him at 25.
“We go with faith, with fear, but without stopping.”

Discover the book
Not theory. Thirty years lived.
Antonio isn't a certified coach reciting frameworks. He's an executive who led multicultural teams through real crises, real decisions, and a mid-career move to a new country — and wrote down what he learned so others don't have to learn it alone.
“The title doesn't give you authority. Character does.”
The Four Pillars of Integral Leadership
The framework behind the book — built from lived experience, not academic theory.
Mind
The inner foundation leadership is built on.
Character
Building integrity in the middle of real life, not in theory.
Leadership
The art of influencing people without manipulating them.
Purpose
The direction that gives everything else meaning.
